i used to hate megan until she went through puberty, then she became so hot

Josh's sudden and drastic weight loss was hard to get used to, but he looked better. Drake always annoyed me.
In a strange way he reminds me of a tall, white Gary Coleman. He has that constant scowl on his face and cranky attitude. I like Gary Coleman, however. I don't like the Drake character. The show was pretty silly sometimes.

i cant belive the show's getting cancled. and who the idiot that calling the show stupid,o and just so u no, there is 1 more episode,it's a christmas episode,and idk if they will continue the drake and josh sieres. i hope they do!

This show didn't JTS. It was great. Oh, and I was reading these psts and noticed that some people were taking Megan too sriously and even calling Miranda Cosgrove a horrible person. Miranda Cosgrove didn't have any control over what she did as megan. Flame the writers, not one of the best actors Nick has.

Here's the formula for a typical episode of Drake and Josh:
Drake+Josh+stuck somewhere+tights/jumpsuits+annoying sister who became useless after a few episodes+yelling+screaming+parents who are billed as stars but don't appear at all=funny

drake and josh used to be good, i never even heard they stopped, just icarly came out. anyway, the last few seasons sucked, sorry drake and josh but it did, very bad huomor (done over and over) and my biggest problem after josh lost a million pounds he slowely became drake, so it was the drake and drake show. im happy that megan and crazy steve got icarly, the new show is great, and using some drake and josh humor (early d & j humor lol) and it appeals to a younger audience, to me i feel drake and josh had a good run, and they would make a excellent "seinfeld" type show, but thats nickaloadean's decision not mine

The last season seemed to be very very generic.

1) they had a lot of, "stuck in something for %90 of the episode and leaves them there at the end" episodes.

2) too much of the "humor" relies on Drake and Josh screaming or dancing.

3) Too many hidden gay jokes, such as Drake and Josh wearing tights in the magic show, and in the dancing episode.

Pretty much every joke used in the last season was already used in every other comedy show in history. Looking back Drake and Josh used to be very fresh the first season. Jokes relied on Drake and Josh improvising funny excuses for stuff like "popcorn may plug up your barrr bar-fologus.... valve" Drake had a lot of cool sarcastic lines like "I never said I was sorry I did that, I was sorry I got caught and I'm definately going to do it again"

Another thing I miss was the difference between Drake and Josh's characters. Drake always getting away with everything. Josh sometimes acting wierd infront of people. Later on they were pretty much the same character with only minor difference.

Is it me or is Miranda Cosgrove starting to look more and more like Rachael Ray? Yikes! If she starts to say YUM-O, watch out!

I really liked the first 2 seasons but by season 3 much had changed. By 2006 the boys seemed to begin "overacting" at every little thing. They started relying too much on physical comedy rather than the quick little one liners. It seemed like they were trying to act too much like Lucy and Ethel and it just wasn't the same after that. Also Miranda Cosgrove seemed to develop out of nowhere. The first 2 seasons she was this terrible, little, annoying, tiny child then literally overnight she developed dramatically physically, but the writers still had her act like the same immature brat completely obsessed with tormenting her brothers. It just wasn't the same. Also Bell just cannot sing at all, he sounds terrible. He reminds me of John Stamos from Full House, he could not sing either. Just terrible.

hahahahahahahaha. Seriouslly pathetic. Drake is terrible at playing the guitar, and cannot sing to save his life. So I wonder if you people are tone deff? Just curious.

The stories are poor (even for a kid’s show) and insult the audience more than entertains. No one on this show seems to be able to act, either. The main culprit is that Josh kid. Piss poor show.


and btw anyone else notice Josh's gf seems to be a closeted lesbian? not that there's anything wrong with that

I've only watched it once when the supervisor from the theater had eye surgery and the guys had a party in her apartment....catchy show....my big "jump" points would be for things like clean kitchens or guys who sleep with shirts on (unrealistic)...

Josh loses weight - really good for him - but it takes away from his character and makes his head look freakishly large. Still worth it though. Drake is an arrogant, self-absorbed jerk who makes sure we see his butt every episode and that we know he is going commando. And Megan is the devil incarnate.

Josh loses weight, Drake donates his entire IQ to Megan, Mindy dating Josh, Drake being a rock star, Puberty: (Megan)... it was really a bunch of things happening around the same time that caused it to trampoline over the shark and smack it's head on a seagull.

But then again, it was always kind of a dumb show.

Craig and Eric were my favorite characters. Josh turned into a freak when he lost weight. Drake turned really stupid. And most of the gadjets that Megan had, a normal kid wouldn't own without their parents knowing.
