Death - Dr. Sara
Never Jumped
Season two premiere

Season 4 is the beginning of the end. It's too bad because there are alot of interesting characters: Alex, Scofield, Gretchen and of course T-Bag. But the scenario this year is 100% BS and has ceased to make sense. It's MacGuffin after MacGuffin and no amount of T-Bag's brilliant characterization can save it.
It's not even debatable that it certainly jumped the shark but, when is up for debate....odd thing is I have to finish what I started and though I don't want to watch....I still do.
I agree with WAS I don't why that's even an option here "Dr.Sara's death" seeing that she's back on the show. That should be taken down and put in it's place (jumped the shark- "The return of Dr.Sara") or as the people that don't like her call her Dr.Forehead.The show really lost it's cred when they brought her back, bad move and a huge mistake. It also doesn't help that the writing this season and acting from the major actors is very terrible too.
I know what a lie all these mush brains thinking that Dr.Sara was so important that the show jumped the shark because she was axed out.The ratings this season show she's not even neccessary on the show the audience left 3 season cause it was beyong ridiculous and dragged alot. This season is even more of joke now all the bad guys are teaming up with Mike to bring down the company just plain dumb and stupid!
All this is wrong it never jumped the shark with Dr.Sara gone she's back and the show is doing worse with her in it.So it's all a MYTH it jumped the shark in season 2 when Michael is in the car and Sucre says oh you've fallen for her. That's when the show turned bad having Micahel fall for the Dr.Sara he turned all sappy it really went downhill after that.Season 4 is unwatchable it's horrible and the Michael Character has really turned into a total wimp.Season 4 stinks big time!!!!!Won't be wathcing that anymore!!!
it feels like this season they're trying too hard:
-They should've left Sarah dead (Gretchen's a lot more interesting female character), she doesn't contribute anything to the plot
-The transition from season 3 to season 4 wasn't good, Sucre was in Sona and then suddenly he's in the US, they could've left him there and Michael could've bargained with Self to get him out in order for him to help bring down the company. I think it would be interesting to watch Sucre and Bellick handle things on their own while T-Bag started to build his own empire replacing Lechero
---even with these and other voids in the plot, I'm still wishing for at least another season

I agree with what sacha said. Why was a pizza metaphor even necessary in that situation? "We only got part of it." would have been sufficient. When characters say stupid unrealistic things like this it really takes me out of the show.
season 4 jumped the shark cardholders??? what is this.. its such a differnt show now.. at least sarahs back, i guess.
Should Death of a character really be on the list still? Sara is still alive. Gretchen just faked her death because she escaped.
I too was disappointed with the new season of PB. I like the idea that Michael is brought on board to take down the company by the authorities, but do they really need the other convicts to help him? Bellick has no purpose and Sucre really is only a sidekick that is called upon to do the most small acts. Sara is the governor's daughter but no one was even looking for her when she was kidnapped! She and Michael have no chemistry outside of prison. When he saw her for the first time after believing she was dead, it was like he was meeting an old high school classmate that he hadn't seen in years not the woman he loved. I think the show would be more interesting if the Company recruited Michael to work for them. You would think they would have after he broke out of two prisons and have been one step behind them ever since. Also, I think Michael is the most dangerous character on the show, I mean, what other character is more shady than he is? T-bag is just sleezy, but Michael is the character that seems to have more of a criminal mind. The character of Linc, although I like him, is represented as big and dumb. If they were real life characters I think Michael would have been the criminal instead of Linc. I think when the show is eventually cancelled FOX should create a spin-off about what would happen if Michael worked for the Company.
